The future of collaboration between people, technology and clean energy

Intelligence no longer belongs only to humans.

A company’s true value will be revealed by what it does with the time AI frees for its people.

We build autonomous AI systems that can work with knowledge and their own experience, plan, make decisions and use tools in ways we once associated primarily with humans.

Speech extended the individual into a group, writing extended memory across generations, the internet expanded access to knowledge, and AI is extending the process of thinking itself. But intelligence is not consciousness. A model is not memory, and information is not truth.

Understanding the very nature of the matter allows us to build AI that is extraordinarily capable — it works with organizational know-how, preserves the knowledge and experience of specialists, makes decisions and safely performs real work. At the same time, it remains traceable where its knowledge comes from, what it is allowed to do and who bears responsibility for its actions.

This is the beginning of a new era of AI.

AI is becoming an everyday partner for every person. The greatest human value will not be the ability to perform tasks faster than machines, but the ability to ask the right questions, set goals, make value-based decisions and take responsibility for direction.

The center of the human role is shifting from execution to intent. It is intent, judgment and responsibility that give human action its real meaning.

AI does not make a person wiser or smarter by itself. It can, however, free people from mechanical work and give them more time for decision-making, creativity, relationships and intent.

Where AI Can Truly Help a Company

The greatest value appears where people repeatedly search for information, re-enter data, prepare materials, review large volumes of information or perform routine steps.

Administration and Finance

AI can read and compare documents, invoices, contracts and orders, and pass only the exceptions that genuinely require a human decision to a person.

Management and Reporting

AI can combine data from multiple systems, explain deviations, flag risks and prepare up-to-date decision support.

Sales and Customers

Client history, offers, communication and other context can be prepared instantly, allowing people to focus on the relationship and the decision.

Corporate Knowledge

Documentation, experience, history and decisions can form a company's long-term memory, independent of individual people or any single AI model.

IT Operations and Know-how

We back up servers and data. In the same way, we can begin preserving the experience, decisions and understanding of specialists on whom the company's operations truly depend.

Control and Risk

Instead of manually checking a small sample, AI can continuously analyze the entire volume of events and alert people only to unusual cases.

Productivity is an opportunity.
How we use it is our choice.

Productivity does not have to turn only into more production. It can turn into time.

Technological progress and AI will allow us to create more value with less human time. But they do not determine what we do with this new productivity. It may lead to further growth in production and consumption, but it can also mean shorter working hours, less traffic, more efficient use of energy and a higher quality of life.

AI is neither doom nor salvation. It is a multiplier of human capabilities and of the possibilities available to the society that uses it.

It can take over a large share of routine work, make knowledge and expert capabilities available to a much wider group of people, accelerate education, research and development, and give individuals capabilities that once required entire teams of specialists.

Higher productivity can also eliminate some of today's inefficiency. Less daily commuting can mean fewer cars, fewer traffic jams, less need for parking and lower pressure on cities. More efficient planning can reduce empty trips, unnecessary logistics, and waste of materials and energy.

Productivity growth can mean more time for family, children, education, health, sport, nature, personal projects, helping others, or simply a fuller life.

If we can turn part of technological progress into time, freedom and lower material demands in everyday life, the outcome of AI does not have to be a world in which people work even faster. It can be a world in which we need to work less, travel less out of necessity, waste less and still live better.

The purpose of automation is therefore not to make people do ever more work. Its purpose is to remove work that people no longer need to do.
